All activities organized by IRIS Online and conducted by IRIS Online employees aim to help, support and foster improvement in all our clients, including the ones under age. Each employee treats all clients with respect and prioritizes their individual needs. It is unacceptable for an IRIS Online employee to use any form of violence of any kind against a client, especially clients under age. Additionally, IRIS Online won't accept any disrespectful or harmful behavior between clients. In achieving these goals, IRIS Online employees operate within the framework of applicable law, internal regulations and their own competences.
